Pools & Wellness

The hotel has two heated outdoor swimming pools, including a children's pool and an infinity pool with a swim-up bar that overlooks the ocean. “The Balinese architecture stands out, especially around the heated infinity pool with its swim-up bar, making it feel quite luxurious for the price; though a car is essential for exploring nearby attractions, on-site dining options can be limited. It's a solid choice for families and couples seeking a comfortable base with great amenities like the wellness center and kids' club, especially for those keen on cycling routes. A practical choice with a few surprising extras.”

Really good stay with great service

helpful staff clean facilities huge pool maintained architecture

I found the staff very helpful. Bruno provided really good service. The facilities were great and clean. The pool was huge, with lots of sunbeds and a jacuzzi. I appreciated the well-kept architecture.

The jacuzzi water could have been warmer. I hope this minor issue can be addressed.

Rooms

the massage from gudrun and estíbaliz was amazing. it was so relaxing and the atmosphere was great

The bathroom definitely needs some work. The bathtub was in bad shape. and the fixtures had a lot of limescale. it seems like maintenance in the bathroom isn't a priority.
